This project is based on the 5 design principles of flags. I chose the colors for the flag 0838AF(Blue) and BCBCBC(Gray) for the flag to represent the schools colors. I chose eagle wings to represent the schools mascot and a star to represent the rising success of academic scholars.

Jacksonville Flag Redesign 

This project is based on the 5 design principles of flags. 1 Keep it simple, 2 Use meaningful symbolism, 3 Use 2 or 3 basic colors, 4 No lettering or seals, 5 Be distinctive or be related. I chose the color F2DE25(Yellow) to represent the rising sun witch represents the bright future for Jacksonville. I chose White(FFFFFF) for continued peace, and I chose blue (242D9B) to represent the Navy presence in Jacksonville.
